Image Scale in Surveys

I have tried Outlook Actionable Message (OAM) to implement the ability for users to answer surveys within their emails but can't seem to get this working.

How do I add the ability to click 1 image in the email and automatically send the image scale response to SNOW?

Aha! This is what's missing! The old school inbound actions! I was leaning towards Outlook Actionable Messages (OAM)!
