Impact of removing a field which includes in Servicenow OOTB package

I wanted to know what are the impacts of removing a field which comes as part of package OOTB.

Concerned field is CAB date/time [cab_date_time] on the change table.

Why do you want to remove /deactivate the OOB fields. What is the business justification?

cab_date_time field on the Change Request (change_request) table in ServiceNow stores the specific date and time assigned for a Change Request to be reviewed during a Change Advisory Board (CAB) meeting.

Unlike the legacy cab_date field—which is a date-only field that drops time data or converts to UTC without a timestamp—cab_date_time captures exact timestamp values (Refer: https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0831541)

I will suggest search if that's being used anywhere in your script etc either OOTB or custom

If not then deactivate that field
