In ATF, for problem task it is always taking General

Hello,

I have clearly mentioned the 'problem type' to be Root Cause Analysis but it takes General. Kindly help.

I heard back on the Case I opened with ServiceNow. Never even noticed it but on your record insert test step just uncheck Enforce Security.

Hello,

You have to mention PTASk type "root cause" in the Record Insert field. Can you please mention PTASK  field value type?

Can you please mention PTASK  field value type? Once You can use "Set Field Values" step instead of "Record insert" for testing and check Type field value "Root cause "is set or not.
