In ATF, for problem task it is always taking General

Hello,

I have clearly mentioned the 'problem type' to be Root Cause Analysis but it takes General. Kindly help.

I heard back on the Case I opened with ServiceNow. Never even noticed it but on your record insert test step just uncheck Enforce Security.

On things I noticed is on your record insert your are not setting the problem filed to the ID in step 2. Not sure if it will cause this issue but your problem task will not be associated to the problem. Screenshot from my test 3.

I did that Brian, it didn't make any difference.

I wonder if this is an issue with Rome. I'm still on Paris but I just did a test in my PDI and I'm getting the same results as you.

There is a difference on Problem Task between Paris and Rome. The ACL I mentioned in my other reply 🙂 That ACL is not on an out-of-the-box Paris instance.
