In ATF, for problem task it is always taking General

Hello,

I have clearly mentioned the 'problem type' to be Root Cause Analysis but it takes General. Kindly help.

I heard back on the Case I opened with ServiceNow. Never even noticed it but on your record insert test step just uncheck Enforce Security.

Yes just was checking on that. In Paris that ACL is not there. I will have to remember to modify that as part of the upgrade.

Don't know immediately how to solve this, need to think about it 🙂

Though I think the reason why is:
- Type is read-only and the default value is general

Why is it working when doing this manually?
- Because of the interceptor used

I wonder why they add this ACL. Since the dictionary default is read only the only way to modify it outside the interceptor would be with a script.
