In Portal any possibility move the search icon should be in the left side instead right side.

If it possible please help me out how can we move the place to left side.

1. It is OOTB and some where code which is not easy to change as per my experience,

Agree it is requirement but you can put a question back, what value it will serve? The fixing may cost more then keeping it as it. 

I as process consultant ,  would like to know the benefit before i take the requirement for development .
