In portal i want to remove some of the fields from the list which is mentioned in the below Screen.

Please help me out how can remove those things from the above SS.

Hi @kranthi2,

You can use Control + right click on table widget and select instance options and remove the unwanted fields/ columns. Example - Department, Sub Division, ..

Hi @kranthi2,

Now you have to click on Instance Options or Instance in Page Editor. Then you can see the Fields columns with selected columns. You have to remove the unwanted fields/ columns. Example - Department, Sub Division etc.
