In Portal if i click on All tickets then click any tab it is redirecting to SP portal instead SBX

Hi,

I have implemented a new Service portal suffix as SBX. under the same portal "All Tickets"  if i click it it is redirecting to the below page.

If i click on "All Tickets"

if i click on any tab which is highlighted above screen then it is moving to different portal

I want to be there in the SBX portal only, please help me out on the same.

Please use your custom page under All Tickets as well, it might be using OOB page to redirect.
