Hi,

you are opening new form but group is not yet filled; so ACL won't work

Unless group is present how can you test your requirement

in your screenshot assignment group is empty in record

Did you check for record which has assignment group?

Actaully I assignend to incident management Assignment group in INC form and submitted and then  I was Impersonate to incident manager user (member of incident management AG) and then  created new inc form, where the contact type field showing read mode when ever i open inc form so this is thing I shown in above screenshot. 

As per your reply,

In Impersonated mode only (incident manager user), the same INC tkt is assigned to same incident management group & saved form. now contact type is changed read mode to editable.

Also checked like ,the same inc is assigned to some other group there contact type is again showing in read mode.

As I came to know that same assginemnt group shoud be given for before and after impersonate to AG user as part of testing. 

Plz Claifry it like,  After Impersonate to particular group member or user  , asgain we need assign the inc tkt to same group and then Check the contact type field is changed to read to normal right!
