Inbound Email error: Sender is not trusted, bypassing script. How to Check this?

Hi All,

While I tried to create Incident through inbound action, getting this error. "Sender "xxxxx@xxxx.com" not trusted, bypassing the script "Appsec domain Monitoring". I have read few community posts and checked the email property - trusted domains field. There it has only servicenow.com, but the thing is it is accepting the email from other domain. How to fix this?

Thank you so much for response. I have followed the steps listed in the KB article and unable to find the deleted guest account in my instance. Do I need to replace user_name in the "Payload" contains "<user_name>guest</user_name>" with anything?

And also I have a doubt here, Can we restrict the inbound action to work only for mails received for specific domains, if yes how can we do that?
