Incident caused Change request report

Dear All,

How can I generate a report with all incident caused to change request, what I mean a report have all incidents linked to their CRs

Hi,

If you are utilizing the ‘Change Request’ or ‘ Caused by Change’  related record fields - depending on whether it’s Incidents caused by change or Changes generated from Incidents (manually or the via the create change UI action)?

All you need to do is run a list report on the incident table where the relevant ‘change’ field is not empty,
and as long as the field is in your list of columns you have a link to the change record.
