Please help me to answer below query.
Please provide me the report query from where I will get the list of incidents which are reassigned to same group.

Hi @Soni Rahul,

You can't create a standard report on this.

If you need to report on this, you will have to create a custom field which will hold all the assignment groups the incident was assigned to.

You may be able to get this information if you use Performance Analytics, but I'm not completely sure on that.
