Incident SLA report labels are displying wrong translation

Hi,

We’re experiencing an issue where Turkish terms are appearing in the Incident SLA report, even though the user language and system language are both set to English.

Has anyone encountered similar issue before?

Thanks in advance!

Try repair the SOW plugin once.

@savaliya

was this happening earlier?

Did you recently upgrade?

It's showing as Turkish for all the English user's or few of those?

Did you ask them to clear instance cache using cache.do and then logout and login?

Seems somebody didn't translate it properly when developer was asked to do the translation

Things to try

-> Update plugin "Service Operations Workspace ITSM Applications"

-> check the translation for workspace has any issues

Need to translate a configurable workspace? - check this

Hi @savaliya

1.

Check sys_ui_message: Verify that everything are correctly defined in English

2. Try same thing in incognito browser/private browser .

I can see similar post on this :  https://www.servicenow.com/community/international-localization-forum/incident-slas-report-in-worksp....

If everything seems to be fine, then go for Plugin repair.
