Incident Work Log / Incident Task Work Log Visible on the same Incident Record

Hi everyone,

One of the biggest concern that we have while implementing Incident Management is the need to put Incident Work Log and Incident Task Work Log (Journal entries) into one view. There is a need to see both in the Incident Record. Is this functionality available in ServiceNow and would love to see if anyone has implemented this or have experience with this.

Here is the easy way to implement this.

In incident task form configure layout and add the worknotes of incident and remove the existing one on incident task.

any notes added on incident task will automatically reflect on incident
