Insert and Insert and stay button

I am unable to view the Insert and Insert and Stay option on right click of the incident header. Please let me know how do we enable them

Hi Sandie,

go to sys_properties.list and then search for the property->glide.ui.task.insert

Make sure the value is set to true for this property.
