Insert and Insert and stay button

I am unable to view the Insert and Insert and Stay option on right click of the incident header. Please let me know how do we enable them

Hi Sandy,

When you initially create a discussion there is a check box at the top that says "Mark this discussion as a question".   If you don't check that box it doesn't allow you to mark responses as "correct" or "helpful".

Is this the same way to enable it under Maintain > Items when you are trying to add variables to a item or add values to a select box?   I only see insert and say if I right click at the top of the page.
