install plugin for the Miro integration :Software Asset Management - SaaS License Management

Hi All,

I need to install the Software Asset Management - SaaS License Management plugin to perform the Miro integration, along with enabling the Miro Spoke checkbox. However, after installing the SaaS License Management plugin, I’m unable to see the Direct Integration Profile appearing.

If I enable the checkbox for Software Asset Management integration with Workday, will that automatically make the Direct Integration Profile available? Or is there another checkbox or configuration I need to enable?

Could anyone please advise?

Hi @chandan2212 ,

Enabling the Workday checkbox won’t make the Direct Integration Profile for Miro appear. You’ll need to ensure the Miro SaaS application is activated under SaaS License Management. Once activated, the Direct Integration Profile becomes available.

Hi @chandan2212 ,

If you are trying on PDI, it won't help as it's not available. You can use your customer instance.

Follow the steps : Integrating with Miro Enterprise

I had a similar problem, running Yokahama. Work fine under our Dev and PreProd environments, which were running Zurich. Raised a case with Support they identified an issue with the SaaS License Management plugin version we were running in Prod.  Appears that version 15.0.18 of Software Asset Management - SaaS License Management, does not install the Miro optional feature correctly.  Recommendation was to roll back to ver 15.0.17. We are going to wait till our scheduled Zurich upgrade in 2 days, and see if the resulting uplift of Software Asset Management - SaaS License Management to 16.0.7 fixes the issue.
