Instruction tooltip of variable is not showing in Conversational Catalog

Hi Team ,
We have one Conversational Catalog item and we can submit that item through the item,
In the catalog item, there is one select box variable in which we are using the instruction tooltip.
But when we are trying to submit a request through Chat, we are not getting this instruction
How can I get this instruction in chat question, Please can some one help me here?

I don't think it's possible and seems a limitation of this feature.
Tooltip instructions are meant for users when they submit it from front-end and doesn't help when they are submitted via VA.

also if I am trying to show help text, it is not showing in chat.
But help text is working for another catalog variable.
Is there any reason the help text is not working for this catalog variable, how can I fix it?
