Hi all,
I am want to send incident ticket from SNOW to HP service management. HPSM is installed in Vmware and i have also installed and configured the Mid server in same Vmware. and checked in servicenow mid server status is up and validated, there is no issue with mid server. below is the screen show.
and i have configured SOAP message below is the screen shot
i have gave the HPSM incident module WSDL ie http://192.168.1.128:13080/SM/7/IncidentManagement.wsdl
when i click on generate sample soap messages . getting below error
Unable to load WSDL: java.lang.RuntimeException: java.net.SocketException: Network is unreachable (connect failed):java.net.SocketException: Network is unreachable (connect failed)
can anyone please help on this where i am going wrong. i could not able to find root cause.
and what are the steps for integrating SNOW to HPSM.

i,Port 13080 may not enabled
2,Try the WSDL Url in the local (192.168.1.128) server browser it will return the WSDL Xml file.
3,Copy and paste WSDL XML file into service now WSDL XML.
4,Now click generate soap message.
