Integration hub - Transaction query

Hi

I wanted some info on what counts as Integration hub transaction.

I am aware that using rest step, script action to call rest message or using rest method in inline scripts is counted as IH transaction.

Does calling a script include from an action and performing the rest call in script include also count as IH transaction?

Thanks

Any transaction that's outbound from your instance that was ultimately triggered by IH (irrelevant of how many layers deep you abstract it) is counted as a transaction from a licencing perspective.

Hi Mike,

Thanks for this. What is a transaction here? so if one incident has 7 messages exchanged, will these be counted as 7 transactions?

Thanks

Hi,

You can go to IntegrationHub > IntegrationHub Usage to view the current transaction count for your instance and feature usage: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/paris-servicenow-platform/page/administer/flow-designer/concept/r... - not using integrationHub for outbound transactions can still be done, but you *could* lose focus on total transactions and could exceed the 1,000,000 limit that comes for free leaving you vulnerable to audit if they're not capturing in this table of data. You would need to monitor these other transactions in an appropriate way to keep an eye on things, but default tracking wouldn't capture custom solutions not using IH.

Hi
I am also very interested in understanding how IH "clicks" are counted. Do you know of any source of information that explains this. I need to understand it in order to evaluate the cost of moving existing integrations in IH. Where do you find exact license information?
