Is anyone using Contract Management in ITSM?

We are currently on Quebec but will be upgrading to San Diego shortly. We are using the basic ITSM platform and our Procurement department are interested in using Contract Management. However, I have not been able to find a full description of how the application is supposed to work or any online demo.

We have asked the partner company who work with us but none of their staff have any experience with this application. We have also asked our ServiceNow contact but so far they have not been able to provide any useful documentation or demo.

Does anyone have anything which explains how this application is intended to work?

Hi there.  We implemented contract management back in 2020 with Orlando and will soon be moving to San Diego also.

Our main purpose was to eliminate a spreadsheet based tracker, so we don't utilize financials or any advanced features at this point.
