Is it possible to copy a filter or set of filters from one user to another?

If so how?

I'll assume you mean list view filters? If so, Yes. They are located under Filters. Add the User field to the form. Then you can change the name and do an Insert.

If you mean something else, tell more please.

Michael,

How does a itil roled user copy their own filters?   No insert UI action is available.   And the security rules are a bit misleading on the sys_filter table.   I am going to assume that there is a global script that may need to be adjusted to allow iitl roled users access to "insert."   If this is adjusted, how can one adjust it just for the sys_filter table only.   Thanks in advance for your reply.

What I described requires Admin access, not for itil role users.
