Is it possible to exclude saturday and sunday as business days from the report?

Hi,
I have created a report with the list of incidents that are not updated for more than 48 hours and it shouldn't include Saturday and Sunday as the business days.
For example, if the incident is updated on Friday, it should show Monday as the second day. Is there any way in the filter section to make changes.

Steve, did you ever work this one out? I am having the same issue where i just cant seem to work out the filters. I want to show cases not updated in 3 days but also not include Saturday and Sunday so on a monday it would count Thursday and Friday as the last 2 days of the 3
