Is it possible to pause the "time worked" field if Incident form not opened by "assigned to " person.
for example, if a ticket is assigned to me and i have opened the ticket the "timeworked" clock will run, but if the ticket is opened for view by someone else time worked fied will not run and remain paused with the older time.

Hi
This is used to stop/pause the time when the state is closed/resolved.
can you help me in writing a client script if that can only make it possible -
("Time Worked " field timer will only start if that ticket is opened by the same person to whom it was assigned to .
If someone else open the ticket that could be the "caller" itself or someone else from the same/other team the timer will not start and remain paused will the older time. )
