This is something related to your CM design. If the scheduled time/date is changed try to change the Planned Start Date field with the new date and hit save/update. Not sure if it will trigger approvals again according to your workflow. But once you have changed the planned start date, I think you are good to go. Also, make sure your team is aware of this prior changing the start date field.
