Is it technically possible to attach more than one attachment per field in the Service Portal Record Producer?

Hello,

We have a record producer that has many variables of type attachment. We want for each field to accept more than one attachment. Is it technically possible to do so?

Hi,

Are you saying that you need to ensure there are 2 attachments added before submitting the catalog item?

you can use onsubmit client script and check how many attachments present whether 0, 1 or 2

I am saying that in the record producer, we have multiple variables that are of type Attachment but each variable can hold only one attachment. Can we increase that limit to two attachments per variable?

Hi Jordan,

I see, unfortunately there is no way to attach more than one attachment right now and that is a limitation on the platform level itself.
