Hi All,
If the ITSM Professional Subscription is bought, does it include the Major Incident Management (Without any extra price or subscrption) ?
Because, I do not see the MIM plugin activated by default in the instance for the ITSM Professional enabled instance.
Do we have to enable it manually ? Any links or docs providing the confirmation on it please.
Thanks in Advance.
Regards,
Anitha

Hi Anitha,
Incident Management - Major Incident Management plugin (com.snc.incident.mim) must be manually activated for new and existing customers.
There is no any additional subscription or price, so just activate the plugin manually:
Refer to the following official documentation:

Hi there,
It's a paid plugin. Though If it's included within ITSM Pro, etc., or it's included in your company specific contract...
Contact your ServiceNow account manager for this to verify and to be sure. The ServiceNow Community is not the correct place for licensing questions. Also, licensing often changes at ServiceNow so what might have been answered a year ago might not be valid anymore!
So again, contact your account manager.
If my answer helped you in any way, please then mark it as helpful.
Kind regards,
Mark

To the below official ServiceNow documentation, there is no any mention about additional licence cost or subscription for the Major Incident plugin:
Usually it's explicitly mentioned in case of license need in the Description column of the table, an example below:
Anyway, as Mark suggested already, feel free to double check it with your ServiceNow account manager.
Cheers

Thanks Alberto, Thanks Mark.
Many thanks for your response.
Major Incident Management is part Incident Management which is part of ServiceNow Standard Subscription.
There is no additional or separate licence for it. The plugin can be activated manually in case not activated already.
Any subscription having Incident Management will by default include Major Incident Management.
At the same time, any doubt regarding the License and cost, it is always best to contact your ServiceNow account Manager and get it clarified as mentioned by Mark above.
Regards,
Anitha
