Hi,

This plugin is not free.

YOu can install this plugin on your PDI and customer sub production instance free of cost but to install it on prod you need to purchase required subscription.

I would suggest to raise this query on ServiceNows HI (Support) portal and get the cost associated with it. Sometimes few plugins are included in the subscriptions purchased by the organization and you may get it free.

For cost related queries always prefer to raise case with ServiceNow support team of your sales representative from ServiceNow.
