From ServiceNow “ Service Operations Workspace doesn’t require any specific licensing, all customers have access to download it from the store. It is the replacement / combination of Agent Workspace, Operator Workspace and Site Reliability Operations Workspace to match the Next Experience UI”

Hi

on page https://www.servicenow.com/products/service-operations-workspace.html you can see that this workspace is part of ITOM and ITSM but on the respective product pages it is not listed.

Therefore I assume this workspace can be installed independent of the entitled product package as it is just a UI for the underlying functionalities.

But to be sure please ask your ServiceNow sales rep.

Kind regards
Maik

Hello Mario, from the Store site it says SOW is a Standalone Application (non-free) and as confirmed by Maik, it must be bought independently. You might have seen this already, if not I am attaching what I saw.

Hi Akash
As of the San Diego Release - Service Operations Workspace is the replacement for Agent Workspace as well as the Event Management and Operations Management tools.

This means the core functionality this solution is free and will scale as the customers move from ITSM/ITOM Standard -> ITSM/ITOM Pro and beyond.
