Is there a way to export knowledge categories while preserving the hierarchy

Currently when I export the categories, they all fall into one column, with the Parent ID column. But I would like to have it in a format that is easier to read i.e. multiple columns for each  category level.

Has anyone done this before? Any tips?

There is a field called Full Category that should give you the hierarchy.  It's not everything in separate columns, but it is readable.
