Issue with Agent Chat

Hello,

 

We are now on the Washington release in our Dev instance (we upgraded from the Utah release). It now looks like Agent Chat is not picking up available agents. We get the error. 

"There are no agents available at the moment. Please try again later. No agents are available to chat right now. Check back later."

This was working in Utah. We do have an Agent Chat group which is populated and the Agent Chat Queue is assigned to this group and is active with a 24 x 7 schedule.

Is there anything else that we need to check?
