Are there any components available to enable 'Risk Assessment, Conflict Calendar' for change request in 'Service operations workspace'?

Thank you so much for the quick response. I am not able to find the 'Schedule' option on my CR (please find the attachment - 'CR'). Could you please help me how to open this schedule page??

It is available in the newer version (2.0.1) of 'service operations workspace'.
