Hi,
I am new to On-Call Scheduling module and have a question regarding rota_manager and rota_admin.
I have admin access.
I am trying to give rota_manager access to a user via following the stepshttps://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/orlando-it-service-management/page/administer/on-call-scheduling/....
From the steps, I have given rota_manager access to the user, who is part of a group (but is not a manager of the group)
But when I impersonate as the user and try to edit the shift that the user belongs to, I saw that user doesn't have edit access.
Please advise.

I dont think the access would help to edit the Shift.
But a Rota Manager should be able to add a new Employee to shift.
Please try that and confirm.
Please Mark as ✅ Correct if this solves your issue and also mark ???? Helpful if it helps resolve your problem.
Thanks,
Saji
