Issue with the not showing the reports in dashboard

Hi,

We have changed the servicenow url, 'abc.service-now.com’ to 'xyz.service-now.com’ but in dashboard we are not founding the reports which already created.

It is showing the error like abc.service-now.com's server IP address could not be found.

Can anyone please help on this, It will be gratfull.

Hi @mania ,

 

You can try adding the reports again in your dashboard. Might be it's redirecting to old URL.

In the dashboard in top right there is an Plus (+) Sign. Refer the snip and search for your report which you want to see in your dashboard.

Issue: After updating the URL, all reports are appearing correctly across all dashboards except for one specific dashboard, where the reports are not displaying.

Is there any reason? can you help on this.

Not sure about the issue. But you can try removing one report from dashboard and add that report again in the dashboard.
