Issue with the not showing the reports in dashboard

Hi,

We have changed the servicenow url, 'abc.service-now.com’ to 'xyz.service-now.com’ but in dashboard we are not founding the reports which already created.

It is showing the error like abc.service-now.com's server IP address could not be found.

Can anyone please help on this, It will be gratfull.

Are you able to find those reports in the system if yes, then have you tried to add those reports in the new dashboard?
