ITIL Role when adding someone to a group

Hi,

When we are assigning people to groups and assign them the ITIL role, would/should that give them access to 

View, Create Reports and View Reports on Dashboards

Or should they also be given another role as well if so what would that be ?

Hi @michelle kirk 

As OOTB, a user who has an ITIL role can access reports and dashboards. If you need to share reports then need separate access.

Please check if these roles are already part of your ITIL role on your instance.
