I am stuck on task 13 ( Auto-assign a problem record)

Any problem record that is associated with the E-Commerce service should automatically be assigned to the IT Securities group.

1. Create a new assignment record named E-Commerce Problems that automatically assigns problem records to the IT Securities group when Service = E-Commerce.

Tip: Review existing Assignment Rule records related to the problem table for comparison

Hi @MNGT2022 ,

Just writedown the assignment rule for that with name as 'E-Commerce Problems'

Writedown condition as service is E-commerce ( if this service is not present in system then create new one with same name )

In next tab select assignment group as 'IT Securities'

I tired Service is E-commerce 

And I also tried configuration item is E-commerce

Neither of them are correct.

You need to choose the option Service in the field, it's a bit difficult cause I didn't catch it the first time. Here you can see the configuration:
