Hi all,
I am looking for the precise functionalities unlocked once ITSM and MS Teams are integrated.
E.g.,
1. user can open MS Teams and then start using it as a virtual agent, directly creating an incident or request or reading an article;
2. differently he/she can start a live chat
3 he/she receives messages in Teams chat every time the state of the incident or request changes
4. ...
Additionally, which information is needed to start the integration? Can you please provide technical guidelines?
