Knowledge article state is active false after publishing it.

Knowledge article is not going to an active state after publishing and getting approval from the required group.

Please check the Knowledge base , in knowledge base you will see the workflow .please check or share screen shot to help you.

Hi @Kishor O , 

Please check the workflow as suggested by @Dr Atul G- LNG , also check the activity log of KB that which user is setting this active status false, a system or user ( may be approver user ) then correlate the workflow logic.

We can't help with the diagram only, you should check the activity log and find the KB stage and active change sequence.

check if active =false changed before the stage= publish then check the workflow path where some script code written otherwise check the same in sub-workflow and End part.
