I added an index to the Knowledge Table, but it says "0 records".
It's been a day since I indexed it, so there seems to be something else.
Do you notice what is causing it?

Go to sys_dictionary and search for the required table and select type as Collection. For example, below is for kb_knowledge table
Open the record and check 'Text Index' is enabled. If not enabled, enable it and from related link 'Generate Text Index'.

If you have already generated, no need to regenerate again. Step was to regenerate if text index was disabled and you are enabling from the system dictionary.
