Knowledge base most viewed and most useful widgets

Hi,

 

can anyone explain to me what rules most viewed and most useful widgets are showing?

is it showing on updated or created or any other criteria?

 

I have removed the featured widget from the kb portal, I want to replace it with a new kb widget. Can anyone suggest to me which one is useful?

Hi,

 

Most viewed widget is displaying based on most views for an article in last 30 days.

 

Most Useful widget is displaying based on the useful an article in last 30 days.

Both KB Most viewed and KB Top rated are determined by user feedback(View count-sys_view_count and rating).

You can use the base system widgets as-is in your portal or clone them to suit your own business needs.
