Knowledge Blocks Vs Knowledge Articals

Hi,

 

1. Please provide the details of Knowledge Articles Vs Knowledge Blocks

2. While creating Knowledge Blocks, there is a filed "Knowledge Base" selection. Means, Is that knowledge Block is useful for only that Knowledge Base? Please let me know. 

How that Knowledge Block is reusable? please let me know.

Hi,

A knowledge block is a way to segment off a piece of information in a Knowledge article. 

For example, if there is an article for sick leave the policy might be different for employees in the UK vs. the USA so you would add the differences in the knowledge block and use a user criteria to control who sees that block.
