We currently have 2 step approvals for our knowledge articles
1st Level is for Ownership Groups approval
2nd Level is for Knowledge Base Owners approval
The problem that we have is that when we filter out articles that are for review and approvals, we cannot see which ones are for 1st level approval and which ones are for 2nd level approval. I need to show this in the Knowledge Dashboard. I also need it to differentiate for which Knowledge Bases I own are for these approvals. Approval table does not seem to pick up Ownership Groups and Knowledge Bases so I really need help
