knowledge feedback task is getting created even if we cross the feedback popup without submitting

knowledge feedback task is getting created & feedback is getting captured even if we cross the dialog box without filling details and reason. 

I want to make sure knowledge feedback task is created only if the user submits the feedback dialog box

Navigate to sys_properties.LIST

Set this system property to true glide.knowman.feedback.enable_explicit_feedback
