Knowledge Panel (empty)

Hello,

Whenever myself or someone views a Knowledge Base, instead of seeing categories or topics on the left hand side, we only see "(empty)".   I have created a new KB and it is still displaying the same "(empty)" panel.

Does anyone know why this is and how I can adjust this?

Resolved the issue.



It appears when updating to Knowledge v3 it creates two Category fields on the Create New article table.   Going into Configure -> Form Layout and disabling the legacy category field named Category(category) and enabling the Knowledge v3 category field named Category(kb_category) resolved the issue.
