I sent an issue into HI support and they provided a Problem number for an existing known issue.
How can I search the Problem database to find this particular problem case? I searched on HI, community and google but can't find where to locate the details on this problem case.

I was able to view the Problem by hovering my mouse over the reference field via my incident in the HI panel. I was able to that after the technician associated the incident to the Problem in question.

All it says is, 'ServiceNow customers and partners can view information about their open issues from the Customer Self-Service Portal on HI. Open issues are comprised of incidents, problems, changes, and enhancement requests filed by users in the company.'
I guess this means that PRB tickets are not viewable, which is standard practice. I would ask the support desk for updates, if needed.
