List filters are not working

Hello,

I have a problem and can't get any further...

A user has the problem that his List Filter no longer works. (All tables). An example image is attached => filter on sc_req_item active=true but filter shows both.

I already have:
- cleared the cache
- deleted sys_filter of the user
- deleted user preferences

What else can I do?

To start with the obvious, is the field selected in the filter the same as the one displayed in the list?  If you clear the filter, then right-click on a true or false value and select Show Matching or Filter Out do you get the same incorrect results?  Is this happening to only this user, or others with the same role(s)?  If you impersonate the user do you see the same results?
