Has anyone implemented maintenance window agreements and schedules in ServiceNow?
My company would like to put all of our maintenance window aggreements that currently sit on a SharePoint site and put them in ServiceNow. What is the best way to go about doing this and assigning schedules to CIs? My company has 600+ CIs, so we would like to make sure that we are going about setting this up in a way that makes the most sense. Any tips on how to begin planning or first steps would be much appreciated.
Thanks!

Maintenance windows and Conflict checker are implemented in our MSP instance. You can define which CI's get which Maintenance window in the maintenance setup.
Here's some additional info: Change Management conflict checking - Part 1

Thanks, Michael! Were there any specific pain points during the implementation of the maintenance windows for your company? We are trying to assess expected effort.
Also, did your company have a lot of different maintenance windows for CIs? If so, how did you guys go about importing them into ServiceNow, or was it done individually/manually?

No, not really. Most customers only have 1 or 2 windows, so setup was pretty straightforward. However, it could get complex if you have several windows.
The windows were setup manually.
