Make a filter default

When I select a reference field, it displays all records active true and false. I have a filter setup called "Active". Is there a way to make this filter default when I click to select a user from my custom table?

I have the module to auto select active=true which works just fine, it's when I click on the magnifying glass to select a user that all goes away, and it gives me "All".

Hello @Andrew Meza ,

Right click on the reference field -> configure dictionary for that Division L4 field

In the reference specification you can add the condition as Active as true which will be default set

Hi @Andrew Meza
In the Dictionary of the field Division L4, you can simple add a reference qualifier condition as Active is True.

Wow... that was way easier than I thought, worked like a charm. Thank you!

Does this configuration apply to all ITIL users?
