Good morning,
I want to add the assignment group's manager approval to change requests when they move to a Review state. The reason is that managers need to approve the change request again to ensure the assigned team member documented everything correctly before the change is closed.
I added a decision for Normal Changes that looks like this:
I also added the Change Approval Policy in the Normal Change Workflow:
Interestingly, an approval email is sent to the manager however, it is automatically cancelled:
Did I need to do something with flow designer as well or do I need to add a condition to the Change in Review Decision?
Any help with this will be greatly appreciated because I've been struggling with this for a couple of days!

Have you tried using Approval - User instead of Change Approval Policy? We found that we're able to use that successfully for our approval at the manager level.

It was something that was automatically cancelling the approval once it moved to the Review state.
